How to start business and win public tenders in Poland? Practical hints on how to establish a business presence in Poland and resolve problems arising from the application of public procurement law in Poland.

The seminar is aimed at Baltic entrepreneurs who intend to start operating on the Polish market and participate in Polish tender proceedings. During the training session the most important practical issues will be discussed, in particular: (a) overview of the most essential aspects of establishing a business presence in Poland, (b) structure of contractors’ involvement in the tender proceedings and during the performance of the contract, (b) traps of the European Single Procurement Documents, (c) reference providers and subcontractors, (d) overview of the public procurement market in Poland and future projects.
